    If I were able to rate this ZERO I would !!!!!

    I HAD been a patient receiving regular dental check ups since very early childhood and in due course took my own children there. After FIFTY TWO YEARS on my last visit I was told I was BARRED !!! As I had missed 3 appointments !!! Not consecutive appointments but over the past 52 years !!! I was made to feel like a criminal and though as I complained about the disgusting outcome was offered as a " goodwill" gesture that they would see me " this time " I walked out and would NEVER go back .
    Not only did they lose me but the rest of my siblings and their families and my families - Ricenhall used to be a fabulous dental practise but has seriously deteriorated in the past few years - avoid like the plague !!!!

    NEVER GO TO ASK ADVICE..... ive just been to ask to speak with a dentist about something as I would have went there if they could have done something. The woman who worked there said " I would need to make an appointment etc etc". Wrong attitude 20 30 seconds to ask someone a question about something and been fobbed off with they would need to know the history about the tooth and how long xrays and all sorts we would need!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY MAN WHAT AN ABSOLUTE CROC all I needed was an opinion and the dentist to answer my question! I would have waited for one of the 5 dentists in there. Very unprofessional

    I have been totally disgusted today by this dentist's attitude towards my 17 year old son. I have been a loyal customer of this dentist for 25 years and introduced my children to it at an early age to promote oral hygiene. My son missed an appointment and I rang to apologise and make another appointment for him. I was informed that Mr Secker no longer wanted to see him, he would have to see someone else as, at some time in the last 17 years, he had missed another appointment!!! This is truly outrageous, he is victimising a 17 year old minor who is brought to his appointments by one of his parents. I truly hope that he is proud of how he is treating a family who have done nothing but be loyal to his practice and obviously made him a lot of money from the NHS over the years!!!!
